Rebels to conformity, Flying Wedge created soulful locations to cater to their passionate communities. Not only was their product an instant hit, so was their irreverent attitude towards corporate culture. Untraditional pizza names, a bold style, and an award winning flair… won them a legion of loyal fans!

Flying Wedge creates; gently simmered sauces and special marinates, unique flavors, distinct topping combinations, heavenly herb dough crusts and wedges that taste as amazing as they look!

Unlike competitors, Flying Wedge does not throw raw ingredients together with processed cheeses, bland sauces and ready-made doughs. Flying Wedge builds and constructs every single pizza by hand. Passionate about distinct intense flavors, they combine specific ingredients to make the Best Pizza possible.

Flying Wedge is so Passionate about this process, that in the past its founders resisted the, "grow fast at all cost" approach of mega chains. While there are many pizza businesses out there with hundreds if not thousands of stores, none of them can hold a candle to the Awards and Recognition Flying Wedge has received.
