These figures are only estimates of the investment in setting up a typical Flying Wedge Pizza unit. Actual costs may vary depending on factors such as physical size, current condition of the premises, cost of materials and labor. The above estimates do not include extensive exterior renovations. These costs may vary in each province, municipality or city, depending on each jurisdiction’s building codes an bylaw requirements. Tenant improvement allowance credit amount is only an estimate, and may vary depending on the size of your store or may not be applicable. Landlords may provide tenant allowance for your store in lieu of completing the Landlords work associated with the base building. Some Landlords may provide free rent in lieu of both tenant allowance and/or completing the Landlord’s work associated with the base building. Some Landlords may deliver your store on an “As is” condition and require you to perform all improvements to your premises including the Landlord’s work. A Equipment Rebate may be available from the approved Food Equipment Supplier only if
the recommended contractors are used and only if all construction & equipment invoices are paid in full and on time when due. Provincial sales taxes apply to all equipment. All of the above figures are subject to revisions and the Federal Goods and Services Tax. |
